Talyo. Property Services receives first property management instruction from Commerz Real on more than 1,000 residential units

Talyo. Property Services (Talyo), a subsidiary of TATTERSALL LORENZ Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH that focuses exclusively on the property management of residential property, has received an instruction from Commerz Real with effect from 1 January 2022.

The management contract involves a portfolio of eight existing properties and two development projects, with over 1,000 residential units and a lettable area of around 78,300 square metres. This is the first time the two companies have collaborated.

Three of the portfolio properties (287 residential units, around 22,800 square metres of lettable area) are in Frankfurt am Main, with one (194 residential units, lettable area around 15,600 square metres) in Darmstadt. There are three more in Munich (266 residential units, around 18,500 square metres of lettable area) and one in Unterhaching (72 residential units, lettable area around 5,300 square metres).

Two other developments are currently under construction in Munich and Nuremberg. On completion next year they will together provide 211 apartments, with a total lettable area of around 16,000 square metres.

Martin Henke, managing director of Talyo, comments: "The instruction from Commerz Real demonstrates that, in only one year, Talyo has established itself on the market and has gained the trust of major property owners. It also shows the importance of having a nationwide network of branches, enabling us to manage the properties with our staff directly on site. This is because Talyo has offices in Frankfurt, Munich, Nuremberg and other cities."

Talyo plans to expand its portfolio to around 20 - 25,000 residential units across Germany by 2025, including apartments in the student housing and serviced apartment segments.
