Tankerska Plovidba acquires 13.6% of Tankerska Next Generation

Croatian shipping company Tankerska Plovidba acquired a 13.656 percent stake in its peer Tankerska Next Generation.

Tankerska Plovidba bought 1,192,666 ordinary shares of Tankerska Next Generation at a price of EUR 9.96 a piece on the Zagreb bourse.

According to data from Croatia's depository and clearing agency SKDD, Tankerska Plovidba owns 65.45 percent of Tankerska Next Generation. It has been the most traded company on the bourse in the last five days.

Tankerska Next Generation's capital totals Kuna 436.7 million, distributed in 8,733,345 shares without a set par value.
