Tattersall Lorenz appointed as property manager of “Hanse Trio” in Rostock by Union Investment

Tattersall Lorenz and Union Investment are strengthening their collaboration in property management. Tattersall Lorenz has been instructed to carry out the technical and commercial property management of “Hanse Trio”, a complex of buildings in Rostock, the largest city in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, with immediate effect.

The property, at Konrad-Zuse-Strasse/Lübecker Strasse 30/31/32, houses the 155-room Arthotel ANA Amber and a 103-room B&B Hotel. It also includes a multi-tenanted office building, with a total gross floor area of around 4,357 sqm.

The property stands on a 5,487 square metre site that also provides tenants’ and visitors’ parking spaces for 90 cars and 40 bicycles.

Tattersall Lorenz has acted as property manager of Union Investment properties since 2019. It currently manages 37 properties, with a combined lettable area of 463,857 sqm, including ten hotels. The other assets are in the office, hotel, retail and logistics sectors.
