Due to expansion, the Leipzig branch of Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH (Tattersall Lorenz) has relocated to the Listhaus, at Dohnanyistrasse 28, Leipzig. The move was necessary to provide increased space for Tattersall Lorenz and its subsidiary Talyo Property Services, which is focused on residential property. Both companies have received numerous new property management instructions in the area and are increasing their presence in the metropolitan region.

The Listhaus is centrally situated, very close to Leipzig Central Station and the company now occupies around 166 sqm of office space on the 5th and 6th floors. Importantly, all the office accommodation can be flexibly arranged as cellular or group offices, providing high-quality space creating an excellent ambience.

Susanne Tattersall, Branch Manager and Managing Partner of Tattersall-Lorenz, explains: "An attractive working environment is a prerequisite for satisfied and committed staff and consequently for creating excellent results for our clients. This includes pleasant and bright office space, as ensured by our new Leipzig office. Good accessibility of the new location was also important to us. This is guaranteed by the Listhaus, close to the central station and with numerous tram connections. What's more, there are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, further boosting the work-life balance."

In terms of floor area, the Listhaus is one of the largest office buildings in Leipzig. It provides a total of around 34,500 square metres of office space, with clear room heights of three metres. The building also houses 4,500 square metres (net area) of residential and retail space.
