TechnipFMC has extended its lease agreement for office space at the Podium Park office building in Krakow.
As a result of the renegotiated agreement, the tenant will continue to lease almost 7,000 sqm in the complex managed by Globalworth.

Podium Park is one of the greenest office projects in Poland, being one of the few buildings in the country to hold a BREEAM certificate with the highest possible Outstanding rating.

One of the tenants of the complex in Kraków is a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, technology provider for the oil and energy industry TechnipFMC, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, which has occupied around 7,000 sqm in the building since 2020. Following a renegotiation, it has extended its contract for a further five years. The consultancy firm Colliers represented TechnipFMC in negotiating the terms of the contract.

"For us, long-term cooperation is the best confirmation that the business decisions we make in terms of raising the standard of services offered and comfort for our clients are the right ones. We know that our tenants appreciate the combination of location and operational possibilities that influence the expansion of their business. We are all the more pleased with the outcome of the renegotiation of the contract with FMC Technologies, which will be using the office space at Podium Park to develop its business for the next few years,"
says Julie Archambault, Asset Management & Leasing Director at Globalworth Poland.

"In the first quarter of this year alone, renegotiated leases accounted for 40% of the total demand for modern office space in Krakow. We anticipate that this trend will continue in the coming months and intensify further. TechnipFMC's decision is part of this trend and shows that tenants occupying modern offices prefer to stay in their current location, in a space that suits the needs of their organisation," says Anna Galicka-Bieda, regional director and partner at Colliers.

Podium Park is distinguished by its excellent location at the junction of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Jana Pawła II Street. Izydora Stella-Sawickiego, in a thriving district of the city, close to the Krakow University of Technology and numerous bus and tram stops. An important element of the investment is a green area of 4,000 sqm filled with vegetation, where you can relax in the fresh air. Office workers and their guests can also make use of numerous facilities for cyclists and a car park with 540 spaces connected to buildings A and B.
