The manufacturer of construction materials TeraPlast is carrying out, during this year, investments of approximately EUR 15 million directed towards a new factory and a photovoltaic power plant.

"We are carrying out an investment of EUR 11 million, co-financed by the state aid scheme, in a stretch film factory. We have finished the design phase, the actual construction and equipping is coming," says Alexandru Stânean, CEO of the TeraPlast group.
The second major investment will materialize in a new photovoltaic plant, a project of around EUR 4 million. For this, TeraPlast also submitted a financing request through PNRR, for which it is still awaiting approval.

"The power plant is designed for a power of 4.56 MWp and has a completion period of 12 months. We already have a power plant with 7,000 modules, and the new facility would increase the domestic renewable energy resource two and a half times," adds Alexandru Stânean.
