The 21st CIJ Awards Slovakia to Celebrate the Future of Real Estate in Bratislava

One of Slovakia’s most prestigious real estate gatherings returns this autumn as the 21st CIJ Awards Slovakia takes place on the 20th November 2025 at the historic Moyzes Hall in Bratislava. The gala event, themed “Future Real Estate in the City”, will bring together leading developers, investors, architects, consultants, and innovators to celebrate excellence and vision in the property industry.

Since its inception, the CIJ Awards Slovakia has grown into a defining moment in the country’s real estate calendar. This year, the awards will spotlight outstanding achievements across a wide spectrum, including residential, office, retail, warehouse, and mixed-use projects, as well as leadership, asset management, financing, and professional services. The evening will culminate with the presentation of the Grand Prix award, honouring the most outstanding nomination of 2025.

Guests will enjoy a refined gala dinner featuring locally sourced cuisine, complemented by a program of live performances designed to make the evening both memorable and inspiring. Beyond recognition of achievements, the event provides a unique networking platform where professionals come together to exchange ideas and build new opportunities.
