The City Hall of Sector 3 intends to contract a loan worth EUR 100 million, which would be used to co-finance projects with European money for the energy renovation of buildings.

The project provides for the contracting/guarantee of repayable financing in the amount of a maximum of EUR 100 million, with a maturity of a maximum of 15 years.

The contracting of financing will be done for the realization of projects financed from non-reimbursable European funds. The Management Authority for the Bucharest-Ilfov Regional Program has launched the call for projects for the energy renovation of buildings, a call addressed to applicants who wish to carry out interventions in exclusively residential buildings (100 percent 'residential') or mixed residential buildings (with destination mainly 'housing'). Sector 3 submitted 18 funding applications, totaling 144 residential buildings, respectively 11,113 apartments.
