The Cobâlaș family, owner of the CATTED group of companies - active in real estate and HoReCa, is preparing the construction of another 200 homes in the continuation of its recently completed residential complex in Pipera, on land bought from George Becali's eldest daughter.

Next to the newly purchased land, the Cobâlaș family has already built two phases of CATTED Family, a development of 82 houses and 128 apartments, also on land purchased from the Becali family. This is the investor's largest residential project.

We will do the third phase, with apartments and a kindergarten designed for almost 100 children. We will replicate the same type of low-rise buildings as the previous phases. We will start with a group of 30 apartments and the kindergarten. We still have two more phases in the design, not yet finalised, but there will be at least 200 apartments in total," said Tudor Cobâlaș, co-founder of CATTED.
