Construction of a 5-star luxury ski complex will begin in Kopaonik in the spring. The ski complex Omorika will be located on 30 kilometers of the Brus-Kopaonik road, in the area of Srebrenica and Jarma, right next to the ski road that connects two popular ski slopes, Karaman and Gobelja. According to the investors Omorika Group, the whole complex is conceived as a set of chalet villas in the French-Alpine style. The estimated value of the investment is EUR 25 million.

They note that the construction of the complex is planned in two phases. Within the first phase, the construction of five tourist facilities is planned - five chalet villas with spacious and sunny apartments, each of which has a kitchen, guest bathroom, spacious dining room, living room and bedroom with separate bathroom. Each apartment will have its own parking space, and each villa a ski room, laundry, and its own mini spa.

In the second phase, it is planned to build an apart hotel with luxury apartments of various structures, a restaurant with a large open terrace for hotel guests and all those who want to enjoy quality local food, children's playground, ski equipment service and other services.
