Demands for designing services from the HoReCa industry have increased fivefold, according to Christophe Weller, founder of COS, a company specialized in custom interior design and remodeling. This growth was stimulated by two components: on the one hand, there was also the necessary component, mandatory even, which involved the redevelopment of spaces to meet the new health and hygiene standards, but there was also the component related to increasing competitiveness.

"The pandemic has significantly boosted investment in this niche, not only in terms of new standards of hygiene and health safety, but also in terms of competition ... Also, amid rising living standards of the population and the local economy , in general, these sectors have diversified and evolved a lot in recent years", said the founder of COS.
