The Dobra family is preparing land of the former Energomontaj factory for sale

The Călin and Alina Dobra family, active on the real estate development market in Cluj and Bucharest, are in the process of obtaining building permits for a Kaufland hypermarket and a Lidl store on half of the land of the former Energomontaj factory, in the east of Bucharest, lot to be sold, after authorization, to German retailers Kaufland and Lidl. Also, the Dobra family is working on the concept of a commercial gallery to be built next to the two stores.

The investors expect to obtain building permits for Kaufland and Lidl in September, which is a condition for finalizing the deal to sell the piece of former Energomontaj land to the German retailers.

Entire Real Estate Solutions bought, in 2021, for about 10 EUR million, the land on which the Energomontaj factory operated in the capital.
