The family of Belgian millionaire Jan De Clerck is preparing a new investment

The family of Belgian entrepreneur Jan De Clerck, owner of real estate developer Alinso Group, is preparing to build a block of 117 luxury apartments on a plot of approximately 8,900 sqm on the shores of Lake Grivița in Bucharest, bought last year from the Visoiu family for about EUR 2.7 million.

The Belgian developer is preparing the necessary documents for the construction of a block with two basements, ground floor, mezzanine and 10 floors, which will include 117 luxury apartments, 135 underground parking spaces and 27 on the ground floor.
