The first AC Marriott hotel in Romania is being built in Braşov by Ubran Invest

The Urban Invest company is going to invest in the construction of the first hotel under the AC Marriott brand in Romania, which will be opened in Braşov. The hotel will be part of the Urban Plaza mixed project developed by the company, and the investment in the accommodation unit will be EUR 25 million and will have 161 rooms.

"We chose Marriott because it is among the top brands in the hotel industry and more than that because in Braşov we have not yet developed this segment of the internationally recognized luxury hotel industry," say the representatives of the Urban Invest company.

The hotel will be part of the Urban Plaza mixed project in Brasov, which includes over 78,000 sqm in the residential area, office spaces, hotel, retail area, medical clinic, spa and restaurants. The total investment in this project reaches EUR 100 million.
