The former Letea Factory Palace put up for sale for EUR 3.5 million

The former Palace of the Letea Factory in Bucharest, created by the architect Paul Smărăndescu, built between 1923-1924, with 78 rooms, is put up for sale by Romania Sotheby's International Realty for EUR 3.5 million.
The property is located in the area delimited by Calea Victoriei, today's Regina Elisabeta Boulevard and Cismigiu Park. The former Letea Factory Palace has approximately 2,700 sqm, the land area being 517 sqm.
