French company LPR leases 3,850 sqm of logistics space in ELI Park Ploiești

LPR – La Palette Rouge, a French logistics company specializing in pallet pooling services for the retail and FMCG industries, has secured a lease for 3,850 sqm of logistics space in ELI Park Ploiești, Phase 4. This lease agreement is part of the ELI Parks portfolio.

“The center in ELI Parks Ploiești will allow us to increase the storage and repair capacity of pallets,” said Andrei Nicolae, Commercial and Asset Manager for Romania & Bulgaria at LPR - La Palette.

LPR has been operating in Romania since 2021. The ELI Park Ploiești project spans a total area of 47,530 sqm and is being developed in multiple phases.
