The German group Xella sells URSA to the Etex group

The German group Xella, the largest producer of BCA in Romania and one of the largest producers of construction materials on the local market, sold URSA, producer of mineral glass wool and extruded polystyrene, to the Etex group, producer of systems of plasterboard, glazes and plasters.

In Romania, Etex operates two production units of construction materials under the Siniat brand. Last year, Etex registered a turnover of RON 295 million in Romania, increasing by 20 percent compared to 2020. For this year, Etex Building Performance estimates that the sales volume will increase by 3-5 percent.
