The Ion and Potecaru families prepare the new phase of the Top Residential Valea Oltului project

The Ioana Carmen and Cornel Petruț Ion family and the Alice-Camelia and Ilie Potecaru family are preparing the second phase of development of the Top Residential Valea Oltului complex, near the Bucharest ANL Brâncusi neighborhood, which will include over 300 apartments.

The second phase of the Top Rezidential Valea Oltului complex will be built on a plot of about 6,800 sqm and includes two more 11-storey blocks, which complete the 11-storey block already completed next door. One of the new blocks has 107 apartments and the other 212 housing units and each will benefit from two basements where a total of 329 parking spaces will be arranged.

The spaces on the ground floor of the buildings are reserved for the showroom. The complex borders on one side the Kaufland Brâncusi shopping center and on the other side the Le Blanc event hall.
