The Kemaloglu family and Virgil Tornoreanu prepare sale of Vox Technology Park

The Turkish Kemaloglu family and entrepreneur Virgil Tornoreanu have put the Vox Technology Park office building in Timișoara up for sale, according to real estate market sources.

The project has two buildings with seven and ten floors respectively, was completed in 2018, following an investment of EUR 30 million, and has a leasable area of about 26,000 sqm. The project is now valued at around EUR 45-50 million.

Over 90 percent of Vox Technology Park is leased to companies such as Kromberg & Schubert, ATOSS Software, Tech Mahindra, Connect 44 Romania, Casa Rusu, Porr Construct, Vitesco Technologies, Vodafone and Spyrosoft Solutions.
