The Mendeleev Office 5 office building, developed by Akcent Development in the center of Bucharest attracted two new tenants, reaching an occupancy rate of 70 percent. The new tenants are OTOTO Store and in-tech, which have leased a total area of 780 sqm.

"Given that Mendeleev Office 5 is a building completed in the first quarter of 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, we can say that we are satisfied that the building has consistently managed to attract new tenants," says Laurenţiu Afrasine, CEO of Akcent Development.

The Mendeleev Office 5 boutique office building is located between Piaţa Romană and Calea Victoriei and has a leasable area of 4,500 sqm distributed on the basement, ground floor and eight floors.
