The most expensive Czech domain sold in 2020 is Jíd.cz

Webmint s.r.o. last year bought the jid.cz (Food) domain for CZK 900,000, making it the most expensive sold domain in 2020. According to well-known rankings, this sale ranked 12th in the entire history of sales of .CZ domains.

Dovolena.cz, sold for 1CZK 0 million in 2010, is on the list of domain sales in the Czech Republic. The Jidlo.cz domain surpassed the Obleceni.cz domain in its value, which was sold for CZK 600,000 in 2008. In the last ten years, there has been no public sale of the Czech domain for more than half a million crowns, until last year, when the price of the jidl.cz domain reached the mentioned CZK 900,000.

"The purchase of a gastronomy domain is an interesting step in this turbulent period, thanks to the expected further increase in online food sales through delivery companies and delivery and distribution sales from restaurants," comments Tomáš Rohlena, Webmint's managing director.
