The number of building permits for residential buildings increased by 25.3%

The number of building permits for residential buildings increased by 25.3 percent in the first ten months of the year, compared to the similar period in 2020, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics.

Between January 1 and October 31, 2021, 43,374 building permits were issued for residential buildings, and increases were registered in all development regions: Bucharest-Ilfov, South-Muntenia, North-East, West, Center, North -West, South-West Oltenia and South-East.
