The pandemic created a crisis on the Romanian office market in the conditions in which the companies had to send their employees to work from home, and in all this context, the projects that were not competitive even before this period had the most much to suffer.

"Every crisis has several effects. That of making a selection of competitive vs. non-competitive products. Valuable projects will remain in the market and will continue to be of interest. I am referring here to class A projects, located in very good locations, with access to public transport, with superior technical equipment. They will remain very competitive for those looking for a headquarters in an office building ”says Emma Toma, Head of Office Division, AFI Europe Romania.

„Projects that didn't go so well in the pandemic didn't work out. Only now a distinction has been made between what was truly competitive and what was not. And it is good that the differences between good and bad projects are deepening ", Emma added.
