The brothers Dragoș and Adrian Pavăl, the owners of the DIY retailer Dedeman, are preparing the construction site of their first residential complex, Dedeman Coada Lacului, which will be built on an agricultural plot in the Şerbăneşti district of Bacau. The investors generated a Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) for a land of 86.6 hectares partially owned by Dedeman and some individual and legal persons who have a promise of sale to Dedeman.

The construction of the Dedeman Coada Lacului residential complex is to start in the second quarter of 2023. The first phase will include 10 villas, with completion planned for the second quarter of 2024.
