The German retailer TEDi, specialized in the sale of non-food products, has plans to open up to 20 new stores in Romania this year. The company entered the Romanian market last year and is now looking for spaces for expansion both in cities and in the countryside.

"TEDi feels at home both in cities and in rural areas. Therefore, we are always looking for new locations with an attractive retail environment and a customer attraction area of approximately 50,000 inhabitants," the company's representatives said.

TEDi now has 9 stores in Romania (in Bucharest, Timișoara, Baia Mare, Turda, Pașcani, Câmpina, Voluntari and Moreni), and is about to open another unit, in Oradea.
