Cristina and Ioana Șucu, the daughters of entrepreneurs Camelia and Dan Șucu, enter the luxury apartments market with a residential complex located in the vicinity of the Stejarii project, developed by businessman Ion Țiriac. The land near Băneasa Forest, Bucharest, has about 1.3 hectares and was donated by their mother about two years ago.

They divided the land into two lots, and on one of them, with an area of about 8,500 sqm, initiated the procedures for authorizing the construction of a residential complex consisting of two blocks with 6 floors and common basement on two levels and a total of 76 apartments and 169 parking spaces, which is the first phase of project development. The construction cost is EUR 8.3 million, an amount that does not include the value of the land.

The duration of the execution of the first phase is estimated at two years, and the works are expected to start in the summer of this year.
