In May, the fourteenth of the fifteen residential buildings that are part of the Eden Rožnov project was completed. The project brought modern buildings by the award-winning architectural studio acht to the Beskydy Mountains, which are sensitively set on the edge of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm and the mountain countryside. The penultimate house, which has just been completed, offers thirteen apartments, which are gradually being handed over to the owners. The last fifteenth building with eight apartments, which will close the project, will be completed this summer.

"When we decided years ago to build a new residential project in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, we wanted it to respect the surrounding nature sensitively and to offer maximum comfort to its residents. That is why we carefully selected architects and decided to build a larger number of small houses instead of one or two large buildings. The interest in living in our project has confirmed that this decision was the right one - the last few apartments are left on offer," says Petr Goldmann from Eden Rožnov.

The Eden Rožnov project forms a new natural boundary for the city. It builds on the existing urban development, from which the houses are spaced out into the open countryside towards the mountains so that they respect the shape of the hill and do not overhang the horizon. It offers a beautiful view of Radhošt' and the city. Eden Rožnov thus perfectly embodies living in the countryside, yet in close proximity to everything the residents of the new houses need. Distances to schools, kindergartens, public transport, sports facilities and shopping opportunities are minimal.
