The Ústí nad Labem Region will again offer a castle or buildings at border crossings at auction

In August, the Ústí nad Labem region will again try to sell unnecessary property at auction. You can buy a set of properties at two former border crossings, an administrative building in Most or a chateau in Liběšice in the Litoměřice region and a former chateau in Hliňany in the Ústí nad Labem region, according to the official board of the regional office.

The public real estate auction will take place on August 12. The offer includes the former border crossing in Rumburk - Horní Jindřichov for CZK 34.6 million. In the past, the area on the border with Germany served as a customs house with passport control and complete facilities. The former Mníšek border crossing in the Ore Mountains is also for sale. In this case, the lowest submission is not set, the expert opinion valued the administrative building with the garage and land at approximately CZK 17 million. A ten-storey administrative building with land in Most - Velebudice will also be auctioned for CZK 18.8 million.

In August, the Regional Property will also try to sell the former chateau in Hliňany near Řehlovice, which was last used as a home for people with disabilities. The original Baroque chateau from the end of the 17th century was last offered by the region at auction for approximately CZK 6.5 million, now the lowest bid is set at CZK 5.9 million.

The former chateau in Liběšice, for which the lowest bid is not specified, is up for auction again, and the expert valued the property at 24 million crowns. The region has repeatedly tried to sell the Baroque chateau in Liběšice at auction in the past. The complex has been empty since the end of 2015, when the last clients of the institute left it and moved to other facilities managed by the region. It was first auctioned in the spring of 2017.
