Three companies have leased spaces with a total area of 5,000 sqm in the Dageco Estate Expozitiei

In the first months of 2024, three contracts for office and service spaces were signed in Dageco Expozitiei Estate. According to the new transactions, on the ground floor of the main building, a restaurant with an event hall will be opened, with a total area of 1,459 sqm, the educational unit on the premises will expand by 1,500 sqm, and the car showroom will double its current area.

In the Dageco Estate Exhibition, the multi-brand showroom in the northern area of the Capital is configured, due to the expansion of partnerships with Stellantis and Suzuki, multinational corporations producing cars and motorcycles. In addition to the current Citroën and Suzuki brands, the Opel, Peugeot and DS brands, the group's premium division will also be sold in the enlarged exhibition space.

"Through this strategic development and using the experience of over 30 years in the automotive industry, Dageco Invest expands its portfolio of Suzuki and Citroën after-sales products and services with the brands: Peugeot, Opel and DS Automobiles. The Dageco Expozitiei Estate project has a total area of over 30,000 sqm, with four mixed-use buildings and a generous parking lot of 500 spaces. The main building accommodates modern offices, with a total area of 13,800 sqm and commercial spaces on the ground floor.
