Top Estates will start construction of more apartments in Prague at the beginning of next year

The Top Estates development group will follow up the successful first phase of the Barrandez-Vous project with further construction in Prague. The new building will harmoniously integrate the existing apartment complex and will bring another 50 apartments in premium standard with views of the entire metropolis.

Three buildings with unique views of Prague and a large park in the middle are being built in two stages. New residents are already living happily in most of the apartments in the recently completed North and South buildings. The last premium quality apartments remain available and soon the first phase of the Barrandez-Vous residential complex will be fully occupied. Prices per square meter start from 129,000 CZK. The construction of the second stage will start at the beginning of the year and the new apartments can be booked at favourable conditions now.

Within two years, a new apartment building Západ with almost fifty flats will be built, which will complete the architectural plan and public space. The popular apartments with gardens and terraces will remain the most popular in the new building and, thanks to their location on a hill, will provide unique views of the entire metropolis. The developer plans to incorporate more art, design, modern technology and premium standards into the project, taking the comfort of living in the new phase of Barrandez-Vous even higher.

The Top Estates development group has only recently started selling the apartments of the second phase. It includes a construction company that has completed all the preparatory steps in the previous weeks.

"Before the actual construction of the second phase of Barrandez-Vous began, preparatory work was carried out on the site in terms of the implementation of the heat and water pipeline relocations so that we could start earthwork and excavation work and a construction pit was secured for the foundation of the buildings of the West building. This phase will start at the end of January and is scheduled for completion within two years, at the turn of 2025/26," says Filip Kašík, Production Director of Top Estates.

Everything has come together in the new Barrandez-Vous residential project and both phases have something to offer.
