Topping out at PUNKT office building in Gdańsk

At the construction site of the PUNKT office building, which is being built in the Wrzeszcz district in Gdańsk, construction work has been completed and therefore a traditional topping has been hung over the building. The intimate, elegant and well-located building will have nearly 13,000 sq m. sq m of leasable space and will perfectly fit into the commercial and service environment of the investment. The planned completion date is the first quarter of 2024. This is another, after Officyna, investment by Torus in this part of the city.

"Works related to the construction of the building have been completed. Works related to the execution of its façade have been underway since mid-July - the façade assembly should be completed in March next year. At the same time, we insulate the roofs and arm the risers in the building," says Mikołaj Filipiak, project manager at Torus.

The company Marex from Mława was responsible for the construction of the building. The façade is installed by the Eljako-Al company, and the roof insulation by the Emar company from Kartuzy. The design of the building was prepared by the APA Wojciechowski Trójmiasto studio.

PUNKT is an intimate office building with six overground and one underground storey, with a total area of ​​12,781 sq m (GLA). The building will be certified in the LEED v4 system, so it will meet the highest environmental standards related to, inter alia, with energy efficiency and low consumption of drinking water, which reduces operating costs, as well as the use of human-friendly building materials. It will also be a certified "Object without barriers", adapted to the free movement of people with disabilities.

PUNKT is built according to the high Torus standard based on e.g. o technological innovations - one of them is the air handling unit system, which in practice eliminates the possibility of spreading various types of pathogens such as bacteria or viruses. The building will also be distinguished by: 3-meter height office rooms, tilt windows, individual temperature control system, building application with a number of practical functions (facilitating, among others, access to the facility) and rich infrastructure dedicated to cyclists. A terrace has been designed on the fourth floor, which will be a place of relaxation and rest for employees. There are 283 parking spaces planned in the investment, including 83 underground ones, which will be a great convenience for tenants.

PUNKT is excellently located - right next to popular shopping malls (Bałtycka and Metropolia), and communicated - near the PKP Railway Station / Szybka Kolej Miejska / Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway Gdańsk Wrzeszcz, close to numerous bus and tram stops. Access to the center of Gdańsk Główny from this place takes only a few minutes, while in a quarter of an hour you can reach Sopot or the airport. Lech Wałęsa.
