Trei Real Estate opens two retail parks

Trei Real Estate has opened two new retail parks under the Vendo Park brand in Poland. The properties are located in Lukow and Wladysławowo. The cost of the investments is EUR 17 million. The Vendo Park in Lukow offers 6,800 sqm of leasable space and 170 parking spaces. The scheme is occupied by nine retailers, including Rossmann, Biedronka, Tedi, KiK and Pepco. The retail park in Wladysławowo on the Baltic coast has an area of 5,600 sqm as well as 190 parking spaces. The park is leased to eight tenants. Trei Real Estate is part of the German group Tengelmann. Currently, the company has 31 Vendo Parks in its portfolio, 21 of which are located in Poland.
