TriStar Capital and RFR Holdings have acquired Atlas Plaza in Miami's Design District for $65 million. Built in 1969, the property is located at 130 N.E. 30th Street, measures 10,297 square feet and sits on a 10,000 square-foot lot. The deal also includes the 4,088 square-foot building behind it which provides a passageway to 135/137 N.E. 39th Street. Tenants in the properties include Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, Rolex, Sebastien James Atelier, Longchamp, and Scotch & Soda.
