Trojdomí Krkonošská will offer modern apartments in the centre of Vrchlabí

On June 4, the construction of a new residential project called Trojdomí Krkonošská was officially launched with the tapping of the foundation stone. As the name suggests, it is the construction of three structurally independent houses in Krkonošská Street, located in the very centre of the city, just a few dozen metres from the Peace Square. Construction will start in a few weeks and the apartments will be available for their new owners in the first half of 2026. Pre-sales will start this autumn through a real estate agency. The investor and owner is BICZ Holding, a company from Hradec Kralove, which deals with real estate investments and sustainable projects. In Hradec Králové, it owns and operates, for example, the BICZ Park golf complex with a hotel and restaurant and a training centre for young players.

The project will offer 24 apartments with a total area of over 1,600 m2. There will also be parking spaces directly on the plot. All apartments will be built to a high standard and quality of construction, which will be provided by the general contractor - KASTEN. Last year, the company won the Construction of the Year 2023 award for its project in the Liberec region. Some of the apartments will have balconies and terraces. "In the case of three exclusive duplex apartments, the new owners will appreciate the glass extensions. These will give them beautiful views of the panoramas of the Krkonoše Mountains," says Martin Židek from BICZ, who is in charge of the project. "Architecturally, these are very interestingly designed buildings, located in an exclusive location in the historic centre of the town near the river and the castle park, with a large number of shops, cafés and other establishments in the neighbourhood," adds Židek. For winter sports enthusiasts, it is also worth mentioning the short driving distance to the most famous ski resorts.

The ceremony was attended by a representative of the city, the authors of the architectural design, representatives of the general contractor, immediate neighbours and representatives of the owner of the residential project.
