Two high-tech companies have chosen Grzybowska Park in Warsaw for their headquarters. Their lease agreements totalled nearly 1,300 sq m. The landlord was supported by real estate advisory firm Savills, the sole letting agent for the office space in Grzybowska Park.

CodiLime is a software engineering company delivering non-standard solutions for leading networking hardware providers and telecoms. Its services cover the full software development lifecycle. The tenant leased approximately 625 sq m of office space in Grzybowska Park.

Safesqr specialises in providing comprehensive and bespoke cybersecurity solutions. Its teams of experts combine their knowledge and expertise with a vast array of tools and products to support clients in risk management and developing effective security strategies. The company leased 655 sq m in Grzybowska Park and will move to its new office there in September 2024.

“I am very pleased that high tech companies choose Grzybowska Park for their new headquarters. This boutique building offers not only modern offices in the city centre but also access to green areas which have been shown by research to foster employee creativity and productivity. The adjacent park is more than just trees and plants - it is a place where our tenants can feel inspired to think of innovative business solutions or simply enjoy a moment of respite. For us, Find Your Balance is not just a slogan, it is a concept we promote among tenants,” says Lidia Malec, Associate, Office Agency, Landlord Representation, Savills.

Grzybowska Park is a boutique office building located at ul. Grzybowska 5a in Warsaw. It offers nearly 10,500 sq m of modern office space, an own green breakout zone and an elegant reception lobby. The façade of the office building features the finest materials while the extensive use of glass permits natural light to flow through the interior - contributing to a user-friendly and comfortable work environment.
