UBM Development Czechia has successfully approved apartment buildings A to D in the residential project Arcus City. All 100 units of these buildings are sold out as of yesterday. The developer is also completing and preparing for approval buildings E and F with a total of 50 flats, continuing the construction of the second phase and Timber Praha. UBM plans to complete the entire Arcus City complex, located in the Prague-Reporyje district, in 2025.

"We are pleased that there is a great demand for our modern and comfortable housing close to nature. All 150 apartments of the first phase are almost completed and will be handed over to the owners this year," says Alice Slámová, Marketing and Sales Director of UBM Development Czechia, adding: "Within Arcus City, we have now newly launched the sale and construction of the first Timber Prague apartment buildings - housing with good energy. Following the example of our parent company in Austria, we plan to continue with timber buildings. For each new project, we will consider whether it is possible to build it in this environmentally friendly way. We are thus following the trend in UBM's corporate strategy with the plan to become the largest developer of timber buildings in Europe." In pursuit of the corporate motto 'green. smart. and more', at the same time, as with all new residential projects, UBM is aiming to achieve BREEAM environmental certification at Arcus City, which confirms the building's standard of sustainability and environmental friendliness.

The A-D residential buildings comprise 100 units with layouts from 2 bedroom to 4 bedroom. In total, the Arcus City project comprises over 270 apartments, 10 family houses and several commercial units. Each residential unit has its own balcony, terrace or front garden and available basements and parking spaces. The apartments are equipped with large wooden windows and floors and modern tiles. The complex will include a square with a relaxation area and shops. The location on the border of Stodůlek and Řeporyjí has all civic amenities. Nearby there are schools, kindergartens, restaurants, post office, supermarkets and other shops. In the new Arcus City district, a bus stop will be built connecting the residential complex with the B - Stodůlky metro station, which will provide residents with a quick connection to the centre of Prague (about 20 minutes).
