UBM completes Timber Praha residential project in Arcus City

UBM Development Czechia has finalized the Timber Praha residential project in the Prague-Reporyje district, part of the larger Arcus City complex. The new development features homes that are among the most energy-efficient, earning an A rating and BREEAM Excellent certification. The modern apartments, equipped with advanced technologies for comfort and energy efficiency, will be ready for residents this autumn.

The project, which includes 62 apartment units ranging from 39 to 110 square meters, offers a variety of layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk. He also mentioned that buyers are being offered a subsidized mortgage with a guaranteed interest rate of 2.89% for two years, making home ownership more accessible and affordable.

The Timber Praha development is situated in the tranquil Arcus City district, which boasts a family-friendly atmosphere and proximity to nature.
