UBS leases 19,500 sqm at Fabryczna Office Park

UBS has leased 19,500 sqm at Fabryczna Office Park in Kraków. The property, developed by Inter-Bud, is part of the Fabryczna City project.The financial company was advised by JLL and Baker McKenzie Krzyżowski & Partners during the lease process, while Inter-Bud was supported by C&W and Bieniak Smołuch Wielhorski Wojnar i Wspólnicy.
The complex offers 42,000 sqm of gross leasable space in three office buildings. The property also includes more than 30 parking spots with electric car charging facilities and more than 300 parking spaces for bicycles. Fabryczna Office Park is 80 percent leased. The scheme was designed according to BREEAM certification guidelines.
