Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield starts its own media agency - Westfield Rise

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), developer and operator of flagship retail and lifestyle facilities, launches Westfield Rise, an internal agency dealing with: media sales, brand experience and providing modern metric solutions that allow you to use the knowledge about customers visiting commercial facilities from the URW portfolio when creating personalized media and event campaigns.

Westfield Rise will offer its clients - brands and media buying agencies, access to the URW platform, combining best-in-class media, located in 57 shopping centers in Europe. Thanks to this, the campaigns will not only be innovative, but also fully measurable. The Westfield Rise offer currently includes 1,700 digital billboards, which are one of the largest databases of this type on the continent, 170 spaces dedicated to brand experience activities, as well as numerous online advertising formats.

Thanks to the "one platform, common audience, same resources" approach, Westfield Rise offers customers access to qualitative data about the recipients of their ads, using a fully GDPR compliant platform. The volume of people visiting URW shopping centers in Europe is 550 million people annually and 40 million online consumers.
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has also appointed Candice Mayer-Gillet as Managing Director of Westfield Rise. Candice Mayer-Gillet has extensive experience in working within various URW structures, including: leasing, operational management and communication in the retail media channel. Thanks to her extensive knowledge and holistic view, Candice knows perfectly well how the Westfield Rise offer should respond to the needs of customers in order to offer them the best in URW.

Westfield Rise headquarters will be located in Paris and London. Members of the 50-strong team will work in 11 European countries where URW operates. Westfield Rise will use media carriers located in all 80 facilities in Europe and the USA (including 53 flagship centers).

Westfield Rise will also continue its long-standing relationship with clients such as Disney, Samsung, Amazon, Clearpay, Netflix and LVMH, as well as partners at the regional level: Ocean Outdoor, Clear Channel and JCDecaux.
