Charles de Gaulle Plaza is losing two important tenants: UniCredit Tiriac Bank and Raiffeisen Bank. The Bucharest office building, owned by the German investment fund GLL Real Estate Partners, is now half empty.

UniCredit had been leasing 5,050 sqm in the building but is moving its headquarters to a new property in the capital’s Piata Presei Libere area. Meanwhile, Raiffeisen, which has 7,200 sqm at Charles de Gaulle Plaza, will move into Sky Tower next year.
GLL appointed The Advisers/ Knight Frank the exclusive leasing agent in its search to find new tenants.

Charles de Gaulle Plaza offers approximately 23,000 sqm, spread over 17 floors. It is located in the north of the city.
