Unidevelopment has acquired a plot of land in Warsaw for PLN 17m net

UNI 9, a subsidiary of Unidevelopment from the Unibep Group, has signed an agreement to acquire from Marywilska 3R a property located in the Białołęka district of Warsaw for PLN 17m net, Unibep said.

The subject of the agreement is the acquisition by the buyer of the ownership of an undeveloped land property, with a total area of approximately 0.92 hectares, together with the transfer to the buyer of the building permit decision and the rights to the documentation constituting the basis for the aforementioned decision, for the payment of a total price of approximately PLN 17 million net. The purchased property will be used for the implementation of a development project, which is planned to include the construction of approximately 126 residential units. The commencement of the aforementioned investment is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024, the company announced.

Unibep Group operates in the residential, industrial, public utility, sports and modular construction segments. It operates in Poland, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2008. Its consolidated sales revenue reached PLN 2 258 million in 2022.
