Unihouse from the Unibep group has a contract in Germany for PLN 29.3 million

Unihouse, a subsidiary of Unibep, concluded a contract with the ARGE Wohnanlage Kriftel consortium for the implementation of a modular investment called Kriftel Raiffeisenstraße "in the town of Kriftel in Germany for EUR 6.5 million net (PLN 29.3 million net), the company said.

The subject of the contract is the design and implementation of four buildings in modular technology, which will contain a total of 48 apartments.

The implementation of the design works will start in the 1st quarter of 2022 - the construction works are planned for the 3rd quarter of 2022, and the completion of the investment in the 2nd quarter of 2023, with the proviso that the construction works will commence after the Ordering Party concludes the contract with the end customer, which is planned for the first quarter of 2022, the company reported.

The Unibep Group operates in the residential, industrial, public, sports and modular construction segments. It operates in Poland, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 1.68 billion in 2020. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2008.
