Unirea Shopping Center ended 2020 with RON 56.7 million turnover

Unirea Shopping Center, a company that manages two shopping centers in Bucharest and Brasov, ended 2020 with a turnover of RON 56.7 million, down 5percent, and a net profit of RON 5 million, compared to RON 5.3 million in 2019.

According to the annual report of Unirea Shopping Center, the members of the Board of Directors decided, in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic, to reduce the monthly allowances. Following this decision, the chairman of the Board will have an allowance of EUR 6,000 / month, compared to EUR 10,000 previously, and the other two members of EUR 1,200 / month, from EUR 2,000.

Unirea Shopping Center is 80.3 percent controlled by The Nova Group Investments Romania SA, a company controlled in turn by an offshore company of the same name in the Netherlands, while SIF Muntenia has a 10.8 percent stake in the share capital.
