Unirea Shopping Center is selling Braşov mall

Unirea Shopping Center, a company that manages two shopping centers in Braşov and Capital, has decided to sell Braşov mall. The building has three floors and two basements and a floor area of about 5,200 sqm.

The company recorded a net profit of RON 13.6 million in the first half of 2022, in the context of net losses of RON 36 million in the same period last year.

The company has a market value of RON 178 million and is 80.3 percent controlled by The Nova Group Investments Romania, a company controlled in turn by an offshore company of the same name from the Netherlands. SIF Muntenia owns 10.83 percent of the capital, the rest belonging to other shareholders.
