Skanska's unique Port7 project is already 70% occupied. Oddin.gg, a company specializing in esports match analysis, will start a new chapter of its business here. At the same time, the Danish family-owned information technology company Unit IT will open a new office here. Both companies will move to the Holešovice waterfront this December. The unique Port7 project offers high-quality offices by the river surrounded by greenery and regularly hosts cultural events for both tenants and the wider public.

At the former brownfield site on the Holešovice waterfront, you can already see employees and locals enjoying sunny days by the water, meeting friends, playing sports or working together in the community garden that opened last month. The bustling community atmosphere will intensify at the end of the year when Port7 welcomes two more companies.

Oddin.gg will move to the Port7 project on the Vltava riverbank in Holešovice in December from its current location in Prague 6. Oddin.gg is a Czech start-up that has become the world's leading provider of B2B esports betting solutions in recent years.

The company focuses mainly on delivering analysis, data and predictions for professional computer gaming competitions. Oddin.gg combines advanced data science, algorithms, proprietary technologies and years of experience in its services.

"The vast majority of our work takes place behind a monitor in an online environment. We appreciate the variability of the space, which allows us to transform the virtual world of our brand into the real one. Ergonomics is of course paramount when planning our new space, but we strive to make the step into our offices an entry into the world of gaming and Norse mythology that the Oddin.gg brand is built on. The great view from our office will be appreciated by our team members, partners and clients from all over the world. Together we will create the future of esports betting and esports as a whole," says Mr. Vlastimil Venclík, CEO and co-founder of Oddin.gg.

The community atmosphere attracts family-run companies.

The new branch of the Danish company Unit IT will also find its new home in Port7. The company is part of the family group Unit IT Holding and A/S United Shipping & Trading and specialises in providing comprehensive IT infrastructure, operation and support services for small and medium-sized enterprises.

"We are very pleased to open a new branch near the Holešovice railway station already this year. The premises of the Port7 project are ideal for us not only because of its central location, but mainly because of the local community atmosphere. As a family-owned company, Unit IT has placed great emphasis on values such as cooperation and mutual support and motivation since its inception. We believe that Port7 will allow us to continue to grow, push the boundaries of IT services and at the same time provide a welcoming environment for our employees," comments Fritz Øhlenschlæger, CEO of Czech Unit IT.

The intersection of quality, nature and entertainment in the heart of Holešovice.

The Port7 project is located on the banks of the Vltava River in close proximity to Holešovice railway station. It was officially opened in April last year and has brought not only a new promenade on the banks of the Vltava, but also a large park of 17,000 m2 to Holešovice. A great advantage not only for employees, but also for passengers waiting for trains and local visitors to the park is the direct connection to the Holešovice metro and railway station via a pedestrian underpass.

The area regularly hosts events in the form of film screenings or yoga classes and much more for employees and the general public. In addition, the project offers pharmacy services, an eye centre and a non-stop fitness centre, and in the future will also add a café, restaurant outdoor playground and more.

"Recent trends nowadays show that a big priority when choosing new office space is not only the quality of design and sustainability, but also pleasant surroundings that can be actively used by company employees during and after working hours. I am very pleased that Port7 is clearly going against this trend, which is why my colleagues and I are continuing to expand the portfolio of services offered within the premises. I am very happy to welcome Oddin.gg and Unit IT among us and together we will continue to write a new future for Port7," summarizes Iva Vařechová, Leasing & Asset Manager of Commercial Development at Skanska in the Czech Republic.

The overall architectural concept of the Port7 project was designed by DAM.architekti.
