One of Poland's largest alcohol importers and distributors is changing its Warsaw office. United Beverages Group will occupy nearly 2,700 sqm of space at My Place in Warsaw's Mokotow district. The company will start work at the new address in mid-2023.

United Beverages Group has been in the market for more than 20 years. It is one of the largest alcohol producer, importer and distributor in Poland, collaborating with the largest producers in the country and the world. The company specializes in producing, importing and wholesaling of beers, wines and spirits, while owning many trademarks in various categories and segments of this market.

United Beverages Group has more than 1900 employees, including 450 salespeople, in 66 branches nationwide.
– We have great ambitions as a company by signing a long-term lease in a quality building and great location as My Place II. We look for comfort at work, openness to new opportunities and an atmosphere conducive to development of our company. That's what we found at My Place, and that's why we re-located our offices here – emphasized William Carey representing United Beverages Group.

My Place is a mixed-use development completed in 2021. At the intersection of Beethoven, Witos, Dziekoński and Witosa Streets, Echo Investment has created a city section that includes two office buildings, five intimate residential buildings, service outlets and green open common space. United Beverages Group joins the office community alongside brands such as Havas Group, Ars Thanea, networks!, Boehringer Ingelheim, ekaterra and Beethoven's CitySpace, among others.

"The My Place office community is growing. I am convinced that the employees of United Beverages Group, who will soon start working at Dziekońskiego Street, will appreciate the diverse space we have created within this investment. Open green courtyards, perfectly conducive to working outdoors or having lunch together in the Meeting Point garden, will be at their disposal. A 24/7 Just Gym is available for sports fans — as well as a Zabka store for some quick shopping. All this in a peaceful environment of greenery. My Place is a sustainable space that supports a sense of comfort and encourages integration," stresses Michal Żelski, Regional Director of Echo Investment's commercial projects department.

Experts from the CBRE consulting agency supported the tenant in selecting the location and working out the details of the deal.

"The new headquarters marks an important point in the development of United Beverages Group. We accompanied the company through the entire process – from the discussions setting the goal of the new address, to collecting offers and agreeing on the final terms of the lease. My Place stood out from the buildings presented to the client. A number of solutions and the atmosphere that prevails in this investment will quickly make My Place a space where United Beverages specialists will feel at home," emphasizes Olga Polskowska, representing CBRE.

United Beverages Group will begin operations at the new address in mid-2023.
