The real estate group Urbanity has obtained a building permit for the construction of an industrial campus in Bruntál. It will be the second manufacturing campus of the Urbanity Group, which, like the one in Tachov, will be based on efficiency, quality working environment, unique architecture and close cooperation with the city representatives and local residents. It includes four extremely efficient buildings that will provide a total of 53,600 m² of space for rent. The site again provides for amenities and plenty of green and natural features. The architect for the project is JA architects and the investment will be in the order of billions of crowns, with the project expected to be completed within three years.

Urbanity Campus Bruntál will be another next-generation industrial campus that is an integral part of the city and will provide services not only to employees but also to the local community. The campus will be built on the site of the current brownfield site between the exit roads to Opava and Krnov. The project also includes the construction of a new access road to the site, which will bring traffic calming to the adjacent residential area. The main building of 36,000 m2 can reach a height of up to 20 metres at the client's request, making it ready for automated and robotic operations, while the remaining 3 buildings of 3,300 - 10,000 m2 are also suitable for regional manufacturing companies.

The architectural design of the project will be modern and innovative, while trying to relate to the local environment as sensitively as possible. The industrial character of the region will be reflected by the use of corten on the facades of the buildings. The public spaces are deliberately - in contrast to the strict geometry of the halls - conceived in a free organic form and are intended to encourage relaxation and a relaxed feel.

"We are very pleased to embark on the construction of the Urbanity Campus Bruntál. I believe that we have prepared a very high quality and innovative project providing a pleasant working environment in the region, which will offer a wide range of support services not only for employees but also for the public. We continue to build extremely cost-effective buildings with smart energy solutions," explains Roland Hofman, co-founder and CEO of Urbanity.

As in Tachov, the complex will aspire to comprehensive certification, and amenities such as relaxation zones, a canteen and public services are to be available here. At the same time, generous planting of greenery and the building of new infrastructure, including a new bus stop, are planned.
