Valašské Meziříčí offers 21 plots of land in Juřince to developers
Valašské Meziříčí in the Vsetín Region is offering plots of land in the local part of Juřinka to developers. It is 21 building plots, including technical infrastructure in the form of roads, water supply, sewerage and electrical connections, said today Jakub Mikuš, a spokesman for the town hall. The town offered all 21 plots for sale to individuals and legal entities, but no buyer has been found yet. Therefore, the councillors have decided to offer the building plots as a whole to one developer, the spokesman said.
"In addition to the purchase price offered, the urban and architectural quality of the proposed development will also be evaluated. The selection of the future investor will thus be carried out in a similar way as in the case of the sale of land in Štěpánov for the purpose of residential construction," said Alena Schattke, Head of the Property Administration Department at the town hall.
The minimum price per square metre is CZK 2,300. "It takes into account the costs of building the technical infrastructure. At the same time, it should be mentioned that it will remain the property of the city. Offers, including a study with a proposal for the location of houses in the defined area, can be submitted until 31 May this year. Buyers can find detailed conditions on the city's website www.valmez.cz under the tab City property," said Schattke. The city has offered the land for the same price, CZK 2,300 per square metre, before, when it offered it to individuals and later to legal entities.
Last year, the city completed the construction of technical infrastructure, including public lighting and a playground. The cost was almost CZK 39 million. It is also preparing the construction of a sidewalk parallel to the neighbouring main road, which will be used by new and existing residents of Juřinka.
