Vasile Didilă prepares his entry into the real estate market

Businessman Vasile Didilă is waiting for the final documents necessary to authorize his first residential complex, with about 200 apartments, to be built in the Băneasa Airport area, in northern Bucharest, on a plot of land with an area of 10,367 square meters.

The project envisages the construction of a residential complex consisting of 5 blocks with 5 and 6 floors, with a total area of 22,800 square meters, which will have 212 underground parking spaces and 28 above-ground parking spaces. Didilă estimates a total number of approximately 200 apartments in the future residential complex.

“For this residential project, we are considering associating with an experienced partner, who will take over the management. The final decision has not been made yet, but we are seriously considering this option,” said Vasile Didilă.
