Vercom share price increased by 19.98% on its debut on the WSE, PDA - by 0.9%

Vercom's shares debuted today on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). At the opening, the share price increased by 19.98% compared to the reference price and amounted to PLN 53.99. The rights to shares (Rights to Shares) price increased by 11.11% to PLN 150.

Vercom is the 431st company listed on the main market and the 6th debut on this market in 2021.

At the end of April, Vercom allocated 5 million shares in the public offering at the issue price of PLN 45, which means that the value of the entire offering was PLN 225 million. The reduction rate in the retail tranche was approximately 92.4%. The company acquired an assumed amount of PLN 180 million from the issue of new shares.

Vercom creates global communication platforms in the cloud (Communication Platform-as-a-Service - CPaaS), which enable companies to reach customers through a centralized platform - using many complementary communication channels (SMS, email, push, OTT messaging). Currently, the services of the Vercom Group are used by such entities as Allegro, OLX.pl, Answear.com, Rossmann, Żabka, mBank, IKEA. The headquarters of the company is located in Poznań, while offices are located in Warsaw, Prague and Berlin.
